About
Business analysis, strategy, and the questions behind the numbers.

I'm a business analyst and data strategist with over three years of experience turning messy, disconnected data into decisions leadership can actually act on.
Today, I work with small businesses and independent founders who have the same problem larger companies do — data that isn't yet telling them anything useful — without the budget or need for a full-time hire. I work remotely with clients internationally, structured around calls and async collaboration across time zones.
Experience
3+ years across complex businesses.
My background spans compliance technology, financial services, digital health, and nonprofit operations — building dashboards, running root-cause investigations, designing billing and reporting systems, and translating data into strategy for teams that didn't have a dedicated analyst to do it.
I hold a Master's in Business Analytics from the University of Texas at Dallas, and I've spent my career in the gap between "we have all this data" and "we know what to do about it." Every engagement starts the same way — not with the dataset, but with the decision someone is actually trying to make.

How I Think
A few principles that shape the work.
01
Start with the decision.
Before I open any dataset, I want to know what decision it's actually meant to inform.
02
Question the metric.
The number everyone trusts is sometimes measuring the wrong thing. I check before I build on it.
03
Find the driver, not just the trend.
A trend tells you what happened. I'm looking for why — the thing you can actually act on.
04
Make the recommendation usable.
Analysis that ends in a chart isn't finished. It ends in something you can decide on.
